The 137th Ottawa Scouts group is looking for Adult (18+) and Youth Volunteer Scouters (14-17) years old.
We are looking for volunteers in all areas, but especially for our Beaver Colony, youth ages 5-7 years old.
Besides helping young people to develop and grow through first time adventures, our volunteers are exposed to a wide range of different activities and new experiences themselves. You don’t need previous experience in Scouting, just energy and enthusiasm. Our Scout Group that can give you hand-on experience.
How to register as a Volunteer?
Youth Volunteers are registered by a parent/guardian. Parent/guardian logins to MyScouts (www.myscouts.ca) and selects 'Register as a Volunteer' and moves through the process. If the parent/guardian account is not connected to the youth's account (because the youth is not a member) select 'New Member' when asked to select which Member is being registered as a Volunteer from your account.
Adult Volunteers, please login to MyScouts (www.myscouts.ca) and select 'Register as a Volunteer' and move through the process.
